Nice value, perfect and good standard 4 star hotel. Nice food options. A really comfortable area, marvellous and unbeatable location just off convenient stores, Kyoto Station and Malls.

This place was ideal for what we needed, couldn't recommend more. The stay here was really comfortable for the entire holiday. The room was a decent size and functional with good breakfast, TV, a good sized bathroom, thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It had central location close to Kyoto Terrsa Hall.

Well, the views were pretty bad here.

The location was great and unbeatable: a large shopping mall and a market were within walking distance. The tube station was 300 metres away.

If you want to be very close to a train station, it is conveniently positioned.

We had a very good stay for for a one night stay.

Everything was simply nice. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a very comfortable area, right by the train station and the bus terminal, and Kyoto Train. The food was reasonably priced and local! The staff was very professional and incredibly polite.

Well-maintained hotel in a perfect position close to main railwaystation. Conveniently located venue, right by the rail station, trains and metro plus bus stations and bus stand. Plus, next door to a date mall...

The breakfast was varied and delicious with wester style dishes and Western food + many Japanese specialties, nothing too much trouble. The place was conveniently positioned, very close to a date mall.

The location was comfortable and ideal, you can visit Kyoto Terrsa Hall by walking.

There were uncomfortable beds in our room.

Had a fairly nice stay for the entire holiday, glad I've chosen it. There were functional, fashionable rooms with the best view of kyoto tower.

Conveniently located close to railway station-good for short visits to Kyoto. Breakfast with Japanise delicacies and Western food, as example.

I loved the breakfast with a good choice of excellent food. Very close to a train station, the location was marvellous and perfect, next to shopping malls.

we had a double room with nice views. this hip new hotel was 200 metres from the underground station.

All the staff was attentive and extremely helpful, tackled my issues. I had reasonably priced room with double bed. It was just off nearest bus station/stops and more nightlife and restaurants and the subway as well as bus, best possible location overall. The food was good, had a wide array of options.

The service provided by Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto-Hachijoguchi was remarkable! We had lost our belongings and the staff went above and beyond to help locate them, even contacting different transportation companies. We were incredibly grateful for their efforts and were relieved when our items were found and returned to us. I highly recommend this hotel for their impeccable service and dedication to their guests.

Hotel staffs are nice and very helpful on transportation and restaurant booking. Good location, close to Kyoto station and bus stop with several CVS nearby. Room condition is almost like brand new. Lady guests will receive surprising supplements.

Not many stores and restaurants around the hotel other than CVS.
